Description: This website contains information about Michigan Better Kid Care which is working to develop quality child care programs in Michigan counties through education, training and mentoring for child care professionals. MSU Extension Educators and Program Associates as well as local community resource persons provide education and other professional development activities. These staff members and community partners form a network of educators covering the state of Michigan. Training and support are provided at 1 of 3 different levels for each county. The highest level includes mentoring visits.
